Cannon Chips distribute automatically every 12 hours to eligible ranks (Deckhand and above). First, confirm your current rank on your My Quarters page — Castaways only receive chips through select promotional offers, not automatically. If you're Deckhand or above and chips are missing after 12 hours, submit a Doubloons & Chips ticket above with your username and approximate balance.
If you didn't see a confirmation popup, the first thing to do is check your Doubloon Wallet — if Doubloons were deducted, your entry was registered. If Doubloons were deducted but you're still unsure, submit a Raffle & Prizes ticket above with the date, time, and amount deducted.
Visit the login page and click "Lost your password?" — enter the email address you registered with and a reset link will be sent. If the email doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still can't log in after resetting, submit an Account & Login ticket above.
Start by clearing your browser cache and cookies (Ctrl+Shift+Delete on most browsers), then reload the page. Make sure you're using a supported browser — Chrome or Safari work best on PlunderPort. If you're on mobile, try the desktop version. If the issue persists after these steps, submit a Games & Technical ticket with your device type and browser.
First, review your transaction history in your Doubloon Wallet — it shows your last 35 transactions and will often explain the change. If you still believe there's a discrepancy after reviewing, submit a Doubloons & Chips ticket above including your username, current balance, and a description of what you expected vs what you see.
